How are trainers vetted?
All Present Strength trainers have professional certifications and undergo a rigorous background check. Many have personal experience with recovery journeys similar to our clients.
Can I switch trainers if it's not a good fit?
Absolutely. We want you to have the perfect match. If you feel your trainer isn't the right fit, we'll help you find someone new at no additional cost.
Do I need special equipment?
Not at all. Your trainer will design a program around what you have available. Many exercises require minimal or no equipment.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months per year. Just let us know in advance, and we'll hold your spot with your trainer.
